Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresher to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The candidate will assist in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles within the organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end recruitment process and develop a strong foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications to match candidates to job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
Support the HR team in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.
Communicate with candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
Generate recruitment-related reports and maintain hiring metrics.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR concepts (preferred but not required).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
