Talent Acquisition executive (US IT Bench sales)

As a Sales Executive specializing in US Bench Sales Recruitment at Infoseum IT OPC Pvt Ltd in Vadodara, you will be responsible for effectively marketing and placing bench consultants with direct clients and Tier 1 vendors. Your role will involve developing and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying potential business opportunities, and generating valuable leads. To excel in this role, you should possess 1-5 years of experience in US Bench Sales or US IT Staffing, a comprehensive understanding of US work authorizations, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A proven track record of successfully placing consultants in US staffing, the ability to generate leads, and establish enduring client relationships are essential requirements. Proficiency in utilizing job portals and CRM tools, as well as the flexibility to work in US time zones, will be advantageous for this role. This is a full-time position requiring night shift availability at our Vadodara office.
