What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of experience in US Staffing, recruitment & sales environments. Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Good understanding of US visas (OPT, H1B, GC, EAD, etc.). Familiarity with prominent job portals such as Dice, Monster, etc. Strong coordination, follow-up, and Excel tracking skills. Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation abilities. A target-driven and goal-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: As an IT Sales & Recruitment Specialist, you will be instrumental in working with our bench consultants from sourcing to successful placement. Your responsibilities will include: Posting resumes, tracking submissions, and managing timelines efficiently. Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Preparing candidates for interviews and gathering comprehensive feedback. Managing reports and maintaining up-to-date consultant databases. Perks & Benefits: Performance-based recurring incentives.
