Manager - Strategic Business development & Delivery Lead (US Staffing Non- IT)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and interact with hiring managers to understand their Non IT staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing vendor/client accounts and contracts.
• Leverage your network to open new business opportunities and expand our client base.
• Travel as required to meet with clients and negotiate new business opportunities.
• Present our services to new and existing clients, highlighting our value proposition and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

Required Skills:

• 5 to 6 years of Experience as Business Development Manager or Delivery manager/Account Manager in US Staffing industry.
• Proven track record of success in business development and client acquisition in the Pharma , Mechanical, engineering and Non IT US staffing industry.
• Strong knowledge of the US Staffing industry, including market trends and competitor analysis.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
