Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and employee referrals. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions. Devise and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent. Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Database Management: Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment dashboard. Build a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Employer Branding: Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically to potential candidates. Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, and networking events to promote the company.
