Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media Identify, screen, and engage with top IT talent Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Manage full recruitment cycle, focusing on C2H roles Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support the team Required Skills: 2-6 years of IT recruitment experience, especially in C2H hiring Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements Excellent sourcing skills; BFSI experience is a plus Great communication skills Ability to close roles quickly
