The ideal candidate for the position of Accountant in Bhopal should be detail-oriented, technically strong, and have prior experience working in a CA firm. It is essential for the candidate to have cleared CA exams (Foundation or Intermediate / IPCC) and possess a solid understanding of taxation, compliance, and accounting practices. As an Accountant, your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely GST and TDS filing, assisting in annual compliance and statutory filings, preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations, supporting audits, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards. It is crucial to stay updated on the latest amendments in tax and compliance regulations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a CA firm, and have cleared CA Foundation / Intermediate / IPCC exams. Proficiency in GST, TDS, and annual compliance is required, along with hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally or ERP. A sound understanding of accounting principles and regulations, excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills are also necessary for this role.
