Job Description

Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, and admin tasks. Candidates with LinkedIn hiring experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Manage onboarding and induction processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR systems accurately.

Oversee payroll processing with attention to compliance and timelines.

Manage general administrative tasks and office operations.

Requirements:

2+ years of HR experience (generalist/recruitment preferred).

Hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, and payroll.

Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring strongly preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
