Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job portals, and other sourcing channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Handle offer negotiation and pre-onboarding formalities
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
Manage staffing and bench resources effectively
