Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates
  • Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job portals, and other sourcing channels
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Handle offer negotiation and pre-onboarding formalities
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs
  • Manage staffing and bench resources effectively
