Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting. Schedule interviews with qualified candidates and coordinate logistics for interviewers and interviewees. Negotiate salary offers with selected candidates to secure the best possible hire. Job Requirements : 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or staffing industry. Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for managing candidate pipelines. Excellent sourcing skills including networking, researching companies, and identifying key contacts within organizations.
