Role Overview:

We are looking for a Land Acquisition Executive to identify and acquire large plots (1–2 acres and above) for residential or commercial plot development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify suitable land and meet landowners directly.
• Negotiate rates and finalize the best price possible.
• Study the land and prepare a brief report covering.
• Nearby amenities and infrastructure.

Transport access

• Future growth potential.
• Coordinate with management to finalize and close the deal.
• Handle all legal documentation and paperwork related to the land.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of land dealings, local real estate market, and documentation process.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on field.
• Good understanding of real estate growth areas.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
