Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Partner with business teams to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
Source candidates through various platforms job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules and feedback between candidates and panels.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in hiring drives or campus placements.
Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) to improve efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions.
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset for tracking and improving recruitment metrics.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA in HR preferred).
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience prior.
