Job Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership:

Create and execute division-specific hiring plans (Tech & Creative) aligned with business growth.
Build tailored hiring approaches for recurring roles and niche/senior positions.
Represent the organization to top talent, own hiring commitments, and deliver high-impact results.

Team Management:

Drive recruiter output with measurable KPIs (TAT, offer-to-join, early attrition).
Set clear team/individual targets with weekly reviews for accountability.
Build a high-performance, high-reliability culture with on-time, quality closures.
Ensure strong alignment with business leaders and HR Ops for speed and fit.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:

Strengthen sourcing for critical roles (Business Development, Creative leadership, Tech niche).
Build and maintain talent pools for high impact roles
Leverage multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn recruiter, industry networks, talent communities.

Employer Branding:

Partner with Internal Marketing to drive employer branding campaigns (LinkedIn, events, industry forums, showcases).
Position the company as an employer of choice in both Tech & Creative domains.
Ensure high candidate engagement and positive experience even for declined applicants.

Stakeholder & Leadership Hiring:

Partner with business leaders to forecast talent needs and workforce planning.
Personally drive leadership-level hiring (sourcing, assessment, closures).
Advise leadership on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategy.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience:

    8 12 years in TA , with at least 4+ years in a leadership role. Exposure to both tech and creative hiring preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of talent markets in India (Ahmedabad + metros)
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing TA team and scale hiring.
  • Can balance short-term hiring urgencies with long-term workforce planning. Can step in for critical roles, while driving long-term talent strategy.
  • Skilled at using analytical data metrics (cost per hire, sourcing effectiveness, attrition data) for decisions.
  • Approachable, people-centric, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Brings fresh approaches in sourcing, employer branding, and candidate engagement.
  • Business Partner Mindset sees TA as a growth lever, not just a function. Grasp of how recruitment impacts

    sales, delivery, and client outcomes
