The Talent Acquisition Associate (Project-Based) will report directly to the Recruitment Lead, Volume Hiring. The main role of the Talent Acquisition Associate will focus on Recruitment Operations, which involves end-to-end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates for a specific role, which is crucial in the selection process.



Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirements

Responsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager, and overseeing the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring manager

Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process

Responsible for encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner

Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets



Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources, and a related degree

At least six (6) months to one (1) year of BPO recruitment doing end-to-end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting

Excellent communication skills in both oral and written

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be willing to work on a mid shift to night shift schedule

Must be amenable to work onsite
