Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and utilizing various recruitment channels. The Talent Acquisition Associate will also be responsible for conducting background checks, extending job offers, and onboarding new employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Ability to create job descriptions and post job advertisements
• Familiarity with conducting background checks and onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with hiring managers
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
