Your Role and Impact:

Qualifications:

• Completed a degree in MBA in Human Resources.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about talent acquisition.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging with potential candidates through various platforms.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with the HR and hiring teams to understand hiring needs and refine job descriptions.
• Gradually transition into HR Operations, gaining broader exposure to core HR functions.
