As a Recruitment Professional, you serve an integral role as the main point of contact for both candidates, team and client, guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle. Work with a team using the most innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment.

Partner with client hiring managers to assess recruitment needs, identify key recruitment issues, skill set and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive position in the market.

Responsibility for both client and candidate management, Responsible for multiple clients in terms of managing, maintaining and developing all aspects of the relationship.

Responsible for successfully negotiating with clients and candidates to win and deliver profitable resourcing solutions.

Established strong relationships with industry professionals to keep abreast of market trends and demands.

Responsible for managing multiple IT recruitment clients with high volume recruitment need to strict SLA(Service Level Agreement).

Requirement gathering from the clients and determine them by studying job description and job qualifications.

Distribution of requirements to the team members, getting the resume from them and submit the quality resumes to clients.

Conducting preliminary discussion with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc)

Identifying, screening and submit candidates for client interviews in a timely and efficient manner and following up with client and candidates and updating status

Involved in creating and managing candidate network and queue with a wide variety of IT skills

Responsible for exceeding client expectations through superior implementation and delivery of quality and potential candidates.

Mentoring and motivating junior recruiters / sourcing executives.

Conducting performance reviews on a weekly/monthly basis and submitting reports to the management.

Required Skills: -

Should be a dynamic and result oriented professional with hands on experience in executive level hiring, account management and team management.

Recruitment Specialist with Full Life Cycle management.

Excellent sourcing skills with new hiring methodology from social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Job boards) etc.

Designed and implemented creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
