Job Title: Tableau Developer Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full time Experience Level: 3+yrs Key Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain interactive and insightful Tableau dashboards and reports. Connect Tableau to data source and ensure efficient data retrieval via SQL queries. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and front-end developers to gather requirements and translate them into visual analytics. Integrate Tableau dashboards with web portals using Tableau Extensions and APIs (good to have). Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Support deployment of dashboards to Tableau Server and assist with embedding them into web platforms. Provide documentation and end-user training to ensure effective use of Tableau solutions. Stay up-to-date with Tableau’s latest features and best practices in data visualization. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and dashboard design. Strong proficiency in SQL for writing complex queries, preferably in AWS Athena. Solid understanding of data warehousing and data modeling principles. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, particularly AWS Athena and S3 (good to have). Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working in agile environments and participating in project planning discussions.
