We are seeking a Sr. Talent Advocate with extensive hands-on experience in technical hiring, stakeholder management, candidate management, along with expertise in excel and ATS.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications.
  • Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in IT technical recruiting.
  • Strong understanding of the latest tech stacks and current trends in the IT industry.
  • Prior experience in IT consulting is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent sourcing skills using various platforms and tools.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
