As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading recruitment efforts in India. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and developing a team of recruiters by providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management. - Collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and implement effective recruitment strategies. - Managing full-cycle recruitment for critical roles to ensure a seamless candidate experience. - Utilizing data and analytics to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment efficiency continuously. - Establishing and nurturing talent pipelines for key positions and hard-to-fill roles. - Maintaining relationships with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms. - Driving employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in India. - Ensuring recruitment processes are compliant with local labor laws and internal policies. - Leading diversity hiring efforts and promoting inclusive recruiting practices. - Working with regional/global HR and TA teams to align on best practices, tools, and technology. Basic Qualifications: - 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Demonstrated experience in hiring for various functions such as commercial, tech, and operations. - Profound knowledge of the talent market in India and regional hiring trends. - Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. - Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment would be advantageous.,
