As a Talent Acquisition Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in leading the recruitment efforts in India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and developing a high-performing team of recruiters by providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management. - Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Managing full-cycle recruitment for critical roles to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. - Utilizing data and analytics to track hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency. - Building and maintaining talent pipelines for key roles and hard-to-fill positions. - Managing relationships with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms. - Championing employer branding initiatives to establish the company as a top employer in India. - Ensuring recruitment processes comply with all local labor laws and internal policies. - Leading diversity hiring efforts and promoting inclusive recruiting practices. - Collaborating with regional/global HR and TA teams to align on best practices, tools, and technology. Basic Qualifications required for this role: - 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. - Proven experience in hiring across various functions such as commercial, tech, and operations. - Strong knowledge of the talent market in India and regional hiring trends. - Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment is a plus.
