Job Description

You are a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for leading recruitment efforts in India. Your role involves managing a team of recruiters, implementing full-cycle recruiting strategies, and ensuring the recruitment of top talent aligned with the company's objectives and culture. You will be a crucial partner to business leaders, offering market insights, optimizing hiring processes, and enhancing the employer brand in the region. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and developing a high-performing recruitment team through mentorship, guidance, and performance management. - Collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies. - Overseeing full-cycle recruitment for key positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience. - Utilizing data and analytics to monitor hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and enhance recruitment efficiency. - Establishing and managing talent pipelines for critical roles and challenging positions. - Managing relationships with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms. - Spearheading employer branding efforts to position the company as a top employer in India. - Ensuring compliance of recruitment processes with local labor laws and internal policies. - Leading diversity hiring initiatives and promoting inclusive recruiting practices. - Coordinating with regional/global HR and Talent Acquisition teams to align on best practices, tools, and technology. Basic qualifications for this role include: - Minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. - Demonstrated track record in hiring across various functions such as commercial, tech, and operations. - Sound knowledge of the talent market in India and regional hiring trends. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. - Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed environment is advantageous.,
