TA Intern

TA Intern:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern with a background in Logistics and Supply Chain. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment while leveraging your domain knowledge to assess and align talent for operational and supply chain roles.

Key Responsibility:

• Assist the TA team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for logistics, supply chain, and other business functions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations.
• Leverage domain knowledge to evaluate candidate resumes for relevant skills (e.g., warehouse operations, procurement, inventory management, etc.).
• Manage candidate databases and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support employer branding activities, campus hiring drives, and recruitment campaigns.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and communication templates.
• Analyze hiring trends and provide insights on supply chain talent availability and market behavior.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Recently completed a degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
• Good understanding of logistics and supply chain functions (e.g., transportation, warehousing, inventory planning).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
