Systems Analyst

As a System Analyst at Barclays, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of location strategy projects. Your responsibilities will include planning, budgeting, ensuring agreed quality, and adhering to governance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst with a focus on Salesforce (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) to lead large-scale Salesforce projects in Agile/Scrum environments. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities such as custom objects, flows, validations, approvals, and integrations. - Create clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and proficient in business process modeling and stakeholder management. - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Visio, or equivalent. - Possess Salesforce Certified Business Analyst or other relevant Salesforce certifications. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications Required: - Experience in banking or financial services domain with an understanding of KYC, onboarding, lending, wealth management, or compliance processes. - Familiarity with Salesforce AI features like Einstein GPT, Prompt Builder, Next Best Action. - Awareness of the latest Salesforce innovations such as Hyperforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Flow Orchestration, and dynamic forms. - Experience integrating Salesforce with platforms like Mulesoft, Boomi, or financial systems via REST/SOAP APIs. - Exposure to CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) or other enterprise reporting tools. - Understanding of regulatory and data privacy frameworks relevant to the financial sector (e.g., GDPR, SOX). Additional Company Details: - The role is based out of Pune. In this role, you will support the organization in achieving its strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and solutions to address business problems and opportunities. Your key accountabilities will include: - Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements. - Development of business requirements and collaboration with stakeholders. - Support in creating business cases and conducting feasibility studies. - Creation of operational and process design to ensure proposed solutions are delivered within scope. - Support change management activities and development of traceability matrix.
