Job Description

As a System/Network Support Engineer in our company, your role involves providing IT support and managing network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Hands-on experience in IT support and Network management - Managing Desktop hardware/software, OS imaging, and patch management - Configuring and troubleshooting Printers and peripherals - Handling Network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi APs - Recording and auditing all IT assets - Utilizing Asset management systems and ticketing tools - Implementing change management and incident resolution processes - Analyzing hardware BOM - Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Exhibiting excellent communication and customer service abilities - Prioritizing tasks, managing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like system/network administrators - Adhering to compliance and IT security standards Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field - Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT with relevant experience (considered) - Professional Certifications (desirable) If you are ready to contribute your technical skills and experience of 3-5 years in IT support and Network management, along with soft skills like strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and customer service skills, then we welcome you to apply for this position.,
