Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware breakdowns and ensure > 95% uptime by ensuring immediate rectification support by self or by external vendors (TAT: Rectify within 04 working hours internally or within 24 clock hours with external assistance)
  • Troubleshoot issues of all network devices, physical servers, cloud servers, and ensure > 99% uptime by ensuring immediate rectification support by self or by external vendors (TAT: Rectify within 04 working hours internally or within 24 clock hours with external assistance)
  • Extend support for on-site email installation and rectification, where applicable (TAT: Within 01 hour from request)
  • Management of company’s data and voice communication systems
  • Coordinate with Vendors for evaluation of computers, laptops, peripheral devices, security automation tools / gadgets, etc. on behalf of the company
  • Management (Installation and support) of security solutions (anti-virus, etc.), software licenses, software databases, and other business software on various computers / laptops (TAT: Within 01 business day or as per urgency)
  • Part-time assistance to CAT Team for deployment of internal / external software solution(s)and associated database(s), on internal (non-client-side) systems (TAT: Within 02 business days from request)
  • Implementation of Information Security policy of the company across all staff
  • Any other roles and responsibilities as may be suggested by Sr. SSE or Department Head

Qualification / Skill-sets

  • 12th Pass Graduates / B. Sc / B. Sc (IT) or higher
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Systems’ Management
  • Basic knowledge of installing and maintaining various hardware and network devices, viz.,
  • network switches, access points, printers, scanners, etc. is a pre-requisite
  • Basic knowledge of installing and maintaining Windows 2012 – 2019 Servers, DNS, Active
  • Directory, Domain Control, IIS, etc. is advised
  • Basic skills of hardware / software troubleshooting and diagnosis
  • Analytical and on-the-spot thinking ability
  • Basic computer skills, including email writing, is a must
  • Basic communication, inter-personal & documentation skills

Added Advantage Qualification / Skill-sets

  • Advanced knowledge of network communication is an added bonus
  • Advanced knowledge of Server Management, Virtual Server Management, Cloud Server
  • Management, and Email Server Management are added bonus
  • In-depth knowledge of installing and maintaining various OS and SQL / Oracle databases is an advantage
  • Prior experience of 2 - 3 years in a similar job profile
  • Proven ability to manage over 50 computers / laptops, in addition to network devices, is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
