Hands-on experience with Mac, Linux and Windows OS environments.
Knowledge on configuration of Operating Systems Laptops / Desktops.
Troubleshooting all types of Hardware, software & Network LAN related issues where in
providing good support for internal users of the Organization.
Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office, G-suite, Antivirus Management, Printer Configuration,
L1 Network Support.
Windows maintenance, dual booting, upgrade & update the windows.
Troubleshooting of Skype, outlook issues pst, ost hardware laptops and desktop order
spares replacement, O/S,Data copy, software & drivers installation.
Basic Networking, Map drive, Data sharing. TCP/IP Configuration, Internet Maintenance.
Monitoring ticketing portal in the core responsibility of all shift engineers and not a single
ticket should get violated,
Basic Knowledge in Active directory. (User creation and modification).
Workaround if incident cannot be resolved
Discusses issues with users and translates issues to determine appropriate technical
solutions
Demonstrates consistency and reliability.
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills.
2-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
B. E, B. Tech, MCA, MSc-IT or equivalent degree.
A+ and N+ certifications will a plus.
Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and organizational skills.
