System Support Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for application/product-related issues and user queries. Additionally, you will run SQL queries, manage data loads, and perform data manipulations for reporting. Troubleshooting software, application, and connectivity issues, including client FTP sites, will also be part of your responsibilities. It is essential to follow support procedures, escalate issues as needed, and document resolutions. Furthermore, you will contribute to automation and process improvements.
