As a Reviewer, your role involves reviewing documents and compiling indexes to facilitate information searches. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing basic data processing activities efficiently - Working on various applications to process participants' requests within service level standards - Coordinating with fulfillment for letters and documentations - Providing support for special projects and other tasks as required - Coordinating with DB associates in their day-to-day activities - Accurately billing time to ensure clients' billings are correct - Ensuring quality service to existing clients - Identifying process improvement ideas - Ensuring SOP adherence To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software In order to be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in Defined Benefits administration - Bachelor's degree in any discipline As a Reviewer, your role involves reviewing documents and compiling indexes to facilitate information searches.
