Job Summary: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing documents and compiling indexes to facilitate information searches. Your role will involve managing basic data processing activities, processing participants" requests using various applications, and coordinating with fulfillment for letters and documentations. Additionally, you will provide support for special projects and other tasks as required, while also coordinating with DB associates in their day-to-day activities. Accuracy in time billing to ensure correct client billings, ensuring quality service to existing clients, identifying process improvement ideas, and ensuring adherence to SOPs are key aspects of this role. Required Skills & Attributes: The ideal candidate must possess good verbal and written communication skills, along with logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or related software is essential for this role. Required Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in Defined Benefits administration is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is also required for this position.,
