Job Description

1.

Infrastructure Management of NUCFDC
Network Performance and Security
Trouble shooting and resolving the issues
User administration.
System upgrades
Patch management
Network management
Monitor system and network performance to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
Implement security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and antivirus solutions.
Router / Switch / access points configuration and keeping them up-to-date
Centralized accountability of all system
Keeping systems healthy by installing patches, performance etc.
Handson experience on servers, cloud infrastructure, LAN, WAN, Routing, OS (Windows / Linux)
Familiarity with firewalls and vpns.
Internet leased links / broadbands.
Candidate should have problem solving skills with good TAT
Should able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and work independently.
Maintain inventory and all details as per defined templates
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend improvements.
