Primary -> Technology | Aruba WLAN | 3 - Experienced Primary -> Technology | Aruba R and S | 4 - Advanced Primary -> Technology | Checkpoint Firewall | 3 - Experienced Secondary -> Technology | Aruba Clearpass | 2 - Knowledgeable Certification :
Technology | Aruba Certified Switching Professional/ Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional/ CCSE Experience in implementing and managing Aruba Routing and Switching solutions, including advanced routing protocols, network segmentation, and performance optimization for enterprise networks. Experience in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Checkpoint Firewall solutions, including advanced security policies, VPNs, and threat prevention for enterprise environments. Knowledgeable in optimizing Aruba WLAN networks, including RF planning, controller configuration, and enterprise-grade wireless troubleshooting. Aware of Aruba ClearPass policy enforcement, role-based access control, and endpoint profiling to maintain secure and compliant network access. Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a collaborative and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
