Automation & System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Automate and optimize IT operations (production & non-production tasks).
Manage system patching, updates, and certificate renewals.
Ensure smooth functioning of services/platforms with proactive monitoring.
Deploy applications and platforms (Cloud / On-Prem).
Provide incident, change, and request management support (ITIL / ServiceNow).
Participate in
on-call support rotation
for incident resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional/global teams and contribute to continuous improvement.

Technical Skills (Must Have)

Containerization:
Kubernetes, OpenShift
Infrastructure as Code:
Terraform
DevOps Tools:
Jenkins / GitLabCI, Ansible, Ansible Tower
Monitoring:
Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace
Cloud:
