• Java Class Customization, Bean Class Customization
• Workflow Designer, Application Designer
• Database Configuration (Attributes, Relationships, Indexes)
• Conditional UI and Escalations

Integration & Development:

• REST/SOAP Web Services
• JSON/XML Data Structures
• Java (custom classes, extensions)
• SQL, PL/SQL (Oracle, SQL Server)
• Middleware: IBM App Connect, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps

Tools & DevOps:

• Eclipse/VS Code
• Postman / SoapUI
• Git / Bitbucket
• Jenkins / Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines)
