Rotational Shifts - No night shifts for females

1. 8 am - 5 pm
2. 10 am - 7 pm
3. 12 pm - 9 pm
4. 2 pm - 11 pm
5. 11 pm - 8 am

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing travel agents/ suppliers/ internal calls.
• Handle email communication with travel agents/ suppliers/ internal staff
• Help Travel agent/ internal staff for booking-related queries, amendments and escalations. Provide technical support to travel agents and resolve operational issues.
• Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services.
• Coordinate with suppliers for Confirmation, amendments, complaints, escalations.
• Negotiate best terms with suppliers for agent escalation cases.
• Handling pending/ failed bookings and ensuring conversions.
• Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to travel agents.
• Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company.
• Required Qualifications1-8 years of operations experience in the travel distribution industry.
• Bachelor&aposs degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Prior experience in the travel industry, especially in operations or customer care roles.

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English and Hindi.
