Hotel Operation Executive

As a Hotel Operations Executive Apprentice at our company, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence. You will be responsible for handling guest check-in/check-out procedures, managing bookings, and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner. Additionally, you will coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments to ensure smooth functioning, monitor inventory and supplies, and maintain proper facility upkeep. Supporting front desk operations and maintaining accurate records will also be part of your responsibilities.
