As a Customer Support Specialist at the company, your role involves utilizing your excellent communication skills to empathize, pacify, and handle irate customers effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting various technologies such as Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, Security App, etc. via remote support. - Answering incoming calls and responding promptly to customer emails. - Managing and resolving customer complaints, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. - Providing product and service information, researching required information, and offering solutions to customers. - Identifying, escalating, and resolving customer complaints using relevant software. - Routing calls and tickets to appropriate resources, documenting all call information, and recognizing trends in customer calls. - Creating standard operating procedures for new issues and resolutions, and completing call logs and reports.
