Position : System Engineer – Intune Specialist

Department: 24x7 Remote System Support

Work Mode : Work from Home

Working Hours : 9 Hours, Night Shift

Employment Type : Full-time


CTC : 3.0 – 6.0 LPA


Must-have qualifications :


MDM – Intune Expert

§  Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Defender, Exchange

§  Experience with Endpoint security and management, disaster recovery, 

§  ITSM and ticket management, Inventory management.


Preferred qualifications :


Microsoft Intune

Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

Microsoft Exchange Online

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Office 365 Security

§  Experience with providing technical support for escalated issues, troubleshooting, and resolution in a timely manner.


Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time role as a System Engineer to run and manage our 24x7 Support operation. The System Engineer will be responsible for :


Microsoft Intune

Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)

Microsoft Exchange Online

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Office 365 Security

§  Provide technical support for escalated issues, troubleshooting, and resolution in a timely manner.

§  Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with organizational and client policies.

§  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.

§  Maintain documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management.

§  Proactively monitor and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability.

§  Responds to client inquiries and provides technical support to users.

§  Troubleshoots hardware and software issues.

§  Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates.

§  Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.

§  Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and desktop management tools.

§  Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

§  Provide 1st and 2nd level support.

§  Support user efficiency, discover and address application and systems problems.

§  Test web apps and device updates to figure out how desktop challenges are being fixed.

§  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, telecom, and network - Windows OS, Desktop, Email (Lotus, Exchange), Active Directory

§  24x7 desktop support operations, ensuring seamless delivery of technical assistance to end-users.

§  Troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing effective solutions.

§  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.

§  Maintain documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management.

§  Proactively monitor and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability.
