Must-have qualifications :

MDM – Intune Hand on experience

§  Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory

§  ITSM and ticket management, Inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time role as a Jr. System Engineer to run and manage our 24x7 Support operation. The System Engineer will be responsible for :

§  Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.

§  Administer and maintain Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including identity management, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.

§  Provide technical support for issues, troubleshooting, and resolution in a timely manner.

§  Maintain documentation of system configurations, standard operating procedures, and change management.

§  24x7 desktop support operations, ensuring seamless delivery of technical assistance to end-users.

§  Proactively monitor and recommend improvements for performance, scalability, and reliability.

§  Responds to client inquiries and provides technical support to users.

§  Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates.

§  Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and desktop management tools.
