As a Rule Stream Configuration Expert at Honeywell India, your role is crucial in configuring business-specific rules within Rule Stream to ensure efficient and effective system operations. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will work from the India location on a Hybrid work schedule, impacting the organization by accurately configuring and testing business rules, leading to improved operational efficiency and compliance with business requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Configure Business-Specific Rules:** Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective configurations within Rule Stream, defining logic and parameters aligning with business processes and objectives. - **Conduct Comprehensive Testing:** Develop and execute test plans, create test cases, perform unit testing, and ensure all rules operate as intended under various scenarios. - **Manage Deployment Processes:** Oversee the deployment of Rule Stream configurations, prepare deployment documentation, and ensure necessary approvals are obtained for smooth transitions. - **Provide Training and Support:** Design and deliver training sessions, offer ongoing support to users, and address questions or issues post-deployment. - **Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:** Work closely with departments to gather requirements, feedback, and insights for rule configurations. - **Document Configurations and Procedures:** Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, testing procedures, and training materials for reference and compliance. - **Monitor and Troubleshoot Issues:** Proactively monitor rule performance, conduct troubleshooting, and address issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - **Implement Continuous Improvement Initiatives:** Regularly review and assess existing rules, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes for enhanced performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 6 years of experience in configuring and managing Rule Stream or similar rule-based systems. - Proven expertise in testing methodologies, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with deployment processes. **About Honeywell:** Honeywell International Inc.
