A staffing and HR services firm operating in the HR & recruitment sector, supporting client IT operations and managed services across enterprise environments. The team delivers hands-on infrastructure, server and network administration to ensure secure, high-availability systems for business-critical applications.

Primary job title:

Systems Administrator (On-site, India)Role & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems: install, configure, patch and harden servers to meet security and compliance standards.
Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP services; perform user, group and permission management.
Operate and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi) and support hypervisor-based provisioning and lifecycle tasks.
Deliver network troubleshooting and day-to-day TCP/IP services management; coordinate with network teams for routing, firewall and VLAN changes.
Implement and verify backup, restore and disaster recovery processes using enterprise backup tools; perform regular DR drills and integrity checks.
Monitor systems and services, respond to incidents and outages, maintain runbooks, and produce clear operational documentation and change logs.

Ability to work shifts and participate in on-call rotation for production support.
