Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily office operations and administrative tasks Act as a point of contact for internal team coordination (transcriptionists, QA, management) Monitor attendance and work logs; report discrepancies to management Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needs Handle internal communications and updates (via HBT/Slack/email) Assist in basic documentation, formatting, and data entry tasks Ensure timely support for client delivery processes (non-technical tasks) Coordinate work-from-home permissions and ensure policies are followed Preferred candidate profile
