Responsibilities: -

• Serve as a technical expert in system administration.
• Understanding a multi-office network infrastructure.
• Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware,

including the server network, devices, and firewalls.

• Responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage

utilization.

• Plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
• Manage user accounts and assets and assigns and updates security permissions on

the network according to security policy.

• Provide support with escalated help desk requests.
• Mentor and educate users.
• Deliver end to end technical and user support across all platforms.

(LAN/WAN/Windows

• Deploy solutions starting with the proof of concept and continuing through full.

deployment and support.

• Strive for quality and customer satisfaction in the projects assigned.
• Identify, recommend, and lead continuous network infrastructure improvement efforts.
• Find and recommend new and innovative products, services, and solutions.
• Drive innovation and automation across the network
• Act as an escalation point for system related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years experience in providing systems/ administration for customers.
• Excellent understanding of IT systems infrastructure and best practices.
• Excellent understanding of on-premises and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure)
• Experience in managing MS Windows server, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
• Excellent understanding of on-premises and cloud architecture
• Experience in Infrastructure and Network Designing.
• Good understanding of complete IT infrastructure and its supporting components.
• Advanced experience with windows-based operating systems
• Good knowledge of networking, storage, security, virtualization, clustering, and high

availability concepts.

• Good Understanding of Storage concepts RAID/SAN/NAS/ISCSI
• Implement and support high availability configuration of window systems.
• Plan, implement and manage systems initiatives.
• Establish & maintain technical standards & server security policies.
• In depth experience managing Physical volumes, Logical volumes, and Filesystems.
• Expert in Performance monitoring & Tuning
• Advanced level analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Perform operational tasks to resolve all incidents / requests in a timely manner and

within agreed SLA.
