Role Summary

IT Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 IT support and close service tickets within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot laptop/desktop hardware and software issues.
• Perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
• Manage Microsoft Admin Center for user accounts and device management.
• Support Endpoint Security solutions and ensure compliance.
• Provide LAN/WAN troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
• Implement and maintain Intranet Systems.
• Assist with access control systems, IT asset management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations and foster a productive, user-friendly work environment.
• Liaise with vendors for quotations and ensure timely coordination for IT requirements.
• Should adhere and comply with All company policies and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years of IT Support experience from an IT Organization.
• Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting, Operating System/software installation, patch management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Center & Endpoint security tools.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN, networking protocols, and intranet setup.
• Experience with access control systems & IT documentation.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office tools i.e. Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Flexibility to support other shifts as per business requirements.
