Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator with 1+ years of experience to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in system administration, user support, and IT operations within Windows and Linux environments. You will work to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of systems and services used across the organization.

Your responsibilities as a System Administrator

To support daily technical support activities for desktop, data, and server management.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Operating system, all types of applications, drivers, and necessary updates.
Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking issues and resolve issues within given SLA

Requirements that we expect from you

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's/Certifications a plus).
Good in networking, data security, DevOps and cloud solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in IT management, especially in hardware, networking, and systems integration.
Proven leadership and project management experience.
