Position Summary

System Administrator is a skilled technician who can act as the first point of contact for their end-users to resolve or escalate issues related to desktop hardware, software, network, and others when a request is raised through phone calls, emails, or chats.

The System Administrator has strong communication and customer service skills and can troubleshoot end-user support issues quickly. Success for them is high customer satisfaction and quick resolution of helpdesk tickets. They act as intermediaries between their organization and its clients by continuing to take ownership of the problem and ensuring that it has been appropriately reordered, prioritized, and resolved within the defined service-level agreements (SLAs).


Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Minimum one year of experience in dealing with international clients.
  • 12-18 months of experience in IT Domain/BPO/Tech Support working for US/AUS/EMEA clients.
  • Experience of working with teams of English-speaking countries

Responsibilities

  • Technical Support/Service helpdesk/IT Helpdesk experience with the US, EMEA, and Australia clients/Customers
  • Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis in domain environment.
  • Desktop network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Win10 Application installation and support. Office applications
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365 Apps Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting

  • Strong written and oral communication skills (Must have)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail
  • Must be a team player but should also understand the importance of individual contributions
  • Self-motivated and directed, able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high- pressure environment
  • Must be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including night shifts
  • Candidate should be open for transfer to another location or office if the job requires so or in the interest of the business requirements
  • The work location will be decided by the Organization depending upon the business requirement
  • Candidate should be amendable to work from office
