Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Core Infrastructure

Manage VMware, Windows Server, AD/Domain Controllers, and Linux systems.
Handle server hardware, RAID, and data center operations.

Networking & Security

Configure/troubleshoot VLANs, routing, switching, WLAN, and firewalls.
Manage endpoint protection and overall IT security posture.

Backup & Recovery

Manage Veeam and platform backups; ensure reliable restores.

Cloud & Containers

Support AWS and hybrid infrastructure.
Minimum 2 years of experience with Docker/Kubernetes; work with ECS/EKS.
Implement scaling (ASG, HPA, Cluster Autoscaler).
Lead containerization initiatives.

Productivity & Compliance

Administer Office 365 (Google Workspace is a plus).
Ensure ISO compliance and maintain IT asset/software inventory.

Skills

Strong VMware, Windows, Linux, networking, firewalls.
Experience with Veeam, RAID, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and IaC tools.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration.
