System Administrator Lead

The System Administrator Lead will oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of the companys IT infrastructure. This role involves leading a team of system administrators to ensure reliable and secure operation of servers, networks, and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of system administrators, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, and virtualization platforms such as VMware.
• Oversee network infrastructure including VLANs, routing, firewall configuration, and wireless networks.
• Ensure server hardware reliability, RAID configurations, and monitor system performance.
• Administer backup and disaster recovery solutions like Veeam to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure resources, preferably AWS, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Oversee Office 365 administration and collaborate on Google Workspace management.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Batch to streamline operations
