Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Administer and troubleshoot firewalls, routers and switches like Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Sophos and other security appliances.
Manage and support implement network security solutions including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and secure web gateways.
Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts, ensuring timely resolution.
Implement and manage cloud network security controls across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
Upgrade IOS to support mitigation of vulnerabilities.
Maintain and update network documentation, diagrams, and security policies.
Perform root cause analysis of network and security issues and recommend improvements.
Communicate with clients and vendors to fix ISP and other technical issues.
Troubleshoot network incidents, perform change management processes as per requirement as per ITIL process defined by SDG and provide RCA as applicable
Support compliance related tasks as per defined process such as DR drills, Patch/IOS upgrades
Work in 24x7 shift
