We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Data Center Engineer to support new data center builds and infrastructure deployments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Dell PowerFlex, VMware virtualization, and physical server configuration and racking. This is a critical role in ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability of enterprise infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute data center infrastructure builds, including racking, cabling, and configuring physical servers. Implement and manage Dell PowerFlex systems for hyper-converged infrastructure and storage solutions. Deploy, configure, and maintain VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter, vSAN). Collaborate with network, storage, and systems teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components. Perform system upgrades, patch management, and hardware diagnostics. Maintain documentation related to data center layouts, build procedures, and configurations. Ensure adherence to data center best practices in power, cooling, cable management, and physical security. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate vendor support when necessary.

You are required to be a skilled Backup and Recovery Administrator responsible for providing advanced-level support for backup and recovery operations. Your main focus will be on ensuring compliance with contractual SLA requirements while offering 24x7 coverage for real-time remediations, troubleshooting, and proactive support to maintain optimal system performance. It is essential that you possess expertise in backup product management, networking, and system administration, with particular proficiency in tools like Commvault.
